HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you have tried Palmer’s Skin Success Anti-Dark Spot Fade Cream twice daily for at least 4 weeks and your skin doesn’t look brighter and more balanced, you can submit your request for a refund by emailing [email protected] with the below information:

• Full Name, Address & Email Address

• Evidence of proof of purchase by receipt in a gif, jpg, jpeg, png, or pdf format only. Receipt images must be clear and legible. File must be less than 2MB

• A “before” photo with date stamp, taken prior to using product as well as an “after” photo with date stamp, taken at the end of 4 weeks of use

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund the following must apply:

• The product purchased must be Palmer’s Anti-Dark Spot Fade Cream For All Skin Types 75g purchased between 12.01am AEST 03/03/2022-11.59pm AEDT 18/07/2023 (Period).
• The product must be purchased at Chemist Warehouse stores (including online) during the Period.
• The Product must have been used for a full four-week period subsequent to the purchase date.
• The customer must use the product twice daily.
• The customer must be over 18 years of age and be an Australian resident.
• The customer must have a valid email address and provide their full name and address.
• The customer must provide a “before” photo with date stamp, taken prior to using product as well as an “after” photo with date stamp, taken at the end of 4 weeks of use.
• The customer must provide evidence of proof of purchase by receipt in a gif jpg jpeg, png, pdf format only, file must be less than 2MB. If the proof is in any way illegible, distorted or suspicious, a refund will not be provided and E.T. Browne (Australia) Pty Ltd has the ability to reject a refund on this basis.
• E.T. Browne may, at their discretion, request the return of the remaining product and if so, will supply a post satchel for this return with the refund payable after receipt of the product return.
• Refunds will be paid by cheque within 6-8 weeks of accurate submission of the purchase information form.
• One refund per customer is only permitted regardless of multiple products bought and from which Chemist Warehouse store.
• Request for refund must be received before 31/09/2023 with the 4 week minimum use and all other conditions listed above completed before this date.
